Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. All cancellations must be advised in writing or by phone.

  2. At least ten full working days’ notice must be provided for the golf tournament and all other small events that include catering or refreshments.

  3. No refunds are available for bookings made for the Business Excellence Awards and the Chamber Conferences.

  4. A replacement participant is welcome at any stage prior to the event commencing at no additional cost. Please provide us with the details as soon as possible.

  5. All cancellations and refunds will incur a $50.00 + GST administration fee to cover costs.

  6. Please advise as early as possible if you are unable to attend a FREE event such as a Business After 5.
