Using Coaching Skills to improve team performance

Processes to motivate and support individuals and teams to improve performance, develop new skills and manage change.

Coaching goes beyond issuing orders and instructions. It is working with people, and with teams, to lift their focus and performance – because they want to and because they “get it” and the motivation comes from them. This course will help you to enable others to be the best they can by developing your coaching skills.

You will learn:

  • Why and when to coach

  • Practical coaching skills

  • The psychological aspects of change

  • Useful feedback models

  • How to feedforward
