By the end of this workshop you will have learnt a range of techniques to help you select the right person for the job.
You will know how to structure an interview and how to develop interview questions that minimise the risk of employing the wrong person. Having an effective ‘on-boarding’ or induction process will ensure the new staff member is quickly and effectively integrated into the current team.
