Growing Sales Pathways Part 2
This course is one of two 3 hour workshops -
October 7 and October 14 - designed to help you provide a unique customer experience by proactively anticipating your customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations every single time.
Attendees are encouraged to attend both sessions and a discount package deal is available for attendance at the two workshops.

Customer services is everybody’s job – it is easy for one person to let down your brand and undo all your hard work. Ensure your whole team understand the importance of great customer service and have the skills to represent your business.
From customer service, a 'call to action', to 'closing the deal' learn how to engage with your clients – build rapport and sell your ideas, products and services. Learn about recognising and using ‘moments of truth’ and handling upset client. Develop communication skills to improve customer relationships and ultimately your sales figures.
