October 7 and October 14 - designed to help you provide a unique customer experience by proactively anticipating your customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations every single time. 

Attendees are encouraged to attend both sessions and a discount package deal is available for attendance at the two workshops.

In this fun and exciting course you'll learn to recognise how your attitude impacts on your interactions, apply techniques to generate repeat business, develop top-level phone skills. Sales is about learning the steps, not being in a hurry but leading the client so everyone gets a good outcome.

Malcolm has extensive business experience having managed three businesses for other people and two of his own. His current business, Progressive, assists local companies with strategic planning, staff training, implementing safety systems and effective marketing. He is a mentor with Business Mentors NZ and an approved training provider with NZ Trade and Enterprise.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellations must be advised in writing or by telephone at least five full working days prior to the date of the course or event.
2. All cancellations and refunds will incur a $30.00 + GST administration fee to cover the costs.
3. If we do not receive a cancellation notice within five full working days prior to the course or event commencing, or if a participant fails to show on the day, full fees will be payable.
4. Requests to transfer to a later course can be made, subject to availability and approval. If participants are able to transfer to a later course the administration fee is waived. This request must be made at least three working days prior to the original course or event.
5. A replacement participant is welcome at any stage prior to the course or event commencing at no additional cost. Please provide us with the details as soon as possible.
