self-reflection, and what you 'run on'?
Session 2 - 9.45-10.45 am - How your thoughts become actions in your body language -
powerful non-verbal strategies to become assertive and persuasive communicators.
Session 3 - 11.00-12.00 pm - Compassionate assertiveness - it enables you to more freely
express your thoughts whilst incorporating the views and interests of those around you.
Session 4 - 1.00-2.00 pm - Interpreting workplace behaviour, navigating situations using
the right words for re-programming, and avoiding 'invisible' communication.
Session 5 - 2.15-3.15 pm - Knock your bad communication habits on the head once and for all.
Session 6 - 3.30-4.30 pm - Courageous conversations with confidence to get the outcome you need.
ALL DAY - 8.30-4.30 pm - Attend all six sessions on Communication with Steph Holloway.
Light lunch provided for all day participants.
