An initiative between Mackenzie District Council and the South Canterbury Chamber of Commerce, the Mackenzie Business Support Package (MBSP) provided co-funding and support to Mackenzie businesses in 2022. It’s effectiveness in assisting recovery of Mackenzie business community was acknowledged by Economic Development NZ, receiving a National Award for ‘Best Practice in Business Recovery’ Details here
