To help businesses move from Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 3, a Business Support Resource Pack has been made available by the South Canterbury Chamber of Commerce.
“This is a very challenging time for businesses and they must ensure they have a robust Covid-19 safety plan in place to care for their teams, their customers and to keep the community safe ” said Wendy Smith.
The information and resource pack prepared by our partners CECC and EMA contains a raft of essential documentation and resources that businesses need to know and implement during this transition.
“The benefit of working across a national network is that the Chamber is able to access and share useful resources developed by professionals across a wider team. This pack is designed to help businesses through this transition phase of moving from Level 4 to level 3.”
It includes a number of templates, including:
- Contractor induction
- Contact tracing record
- Employee work and contact record
- Employer overview of requirements
- Return to work induction
- Site meeting register
- Comprehensive checklist
- And more…
This pack is free for members and available at a small cost to non members. “Our intention is to make this available to everyone. Over 90% of South Canterbury businesses are now open or preparing to open” said Wendy Smith. “Our role is to help them all return to work as safely and effectively as possible and this is one small way we can help.”
